May 2026 Release Log

UPCOMING Release 2026.06.05 - eLearning Modules by Preferred Language

We've simplified eLearning in the Portal. The eLearning modules included with your Membership now appear automatically in your preferred language, and your progress stays with the language you started in.

What's Changing:

  • Automatic language display. Your eLearning modules appear in your preferred Portal language wherever a translation exists, and the module tile shows in that language too.

  • Seamless switching. Change your Portal language preference and your modules update to that language automatically, along with the progress saved for it.

  • Your progress is safe. Your existing progress isn't lost in this move. It stays with the language version you started in, so to pick up where you left off, set your Portal language to that language.

  • English fallback. If a module isn't available in your preferred language yet, it displays in English.

If you started a module in one language (say, French) but your Portal language is set to another (say, English), switch your Portal language back to the one you started the eLearning module in to see your saved progress. Nothing is wiped, your progress is simply tied to the language you began with.

Language Availability by eLearning Module:

Note for Portal Admins:

We've updated the Admin Center to match the new language-agnostic eLearning experience:

  • The separate language-specific eLearning products have been removed as individually assignable items.

  • You'll now see 5 eLearning products to enable: Introduction to Change Management, Introduction to ADKAR®, Introduction to Leading Change, Thriving Through Change, and AI Integration Framework.

  • Enable a module once and members automatically receive access to every available language variant, there's no longer a separate product to assign per language.

  • Members choose their own language by setting their preferred language in the Portal, so there's nothing to manage at the language level on your end.

Release 2026.05.29 - PCACP Exam Updates and Migration

We're updating the PCACP (Prosci Certified Advanced Change Practitioner) exam experience in the Prosci Portal with a refreshed interface and accessibility improvements. Exam content, question order, and your existing progress are not affected by this update.

Updated Exam Interface

The PCACP exam now reflects the current Prosci Portal design, providing a consistent look and feel across your exam experience.

  • Exam interface updated with current Prosci branding for a consistent visual identity across certification products

  • Improved accessibility includes enhanced screen reader support and clearer guidance when questions are left unanswered before submission

  • Multi-language support fully reviewed and verified across English, French, and Spanish versions

What's Not Changing

  • Exam content has not been modified — no questions have been added, removed, or changed

  • Question order remains the same across all three exam versions (Exam 1, Retake 1, and Retake 2)

  • Active exam takers will have their progress automatically migrated to the new experience — no action is required on your part

April 2026 Release Log

Release 2026.04.17 - Proxima Updates (User Deletion/Project Transfer Flows and API Management)

We've made some important updates to Proxima that improve the user deletion workflow for projects and introduce a comprehensive admin interface for managing API keys, along with new endpoints for portfolio-level access.

Proxima User Deletion and Automatic Project Reassignment:

When a user is deleted from the system, their Proxima projects are now automatically reassigned to another admin or collaborator, preventing projects from becoming orphaned.

  • Projects are reassigned to the earliest-assigned admin, or if none exists, to an active collaborator with Proxima access

  • New owners are notified via email and an in-app notification

  • If no eligible collaborator exists, our support team is automatically notified to follow up with the client

Proxima API Portfolio Keys and Admin Management

We've introduced organization-level API keys and a new admin interface that simplify how organizations integrate with and manage their Proxima API access.

  • Admin users can now manage Proxima API keys directly through a new admin interface

  • New API keys table displays all active keys with project associations and usage information

  • Admins can create, revoke, regenerate, and edit project associations for API keys

  • API usage history chart provides visibility into key usage patterns over time

  • Direct link to API documentation added for easy reference

  • New /projects endpoint available in the Proxima Portfolio API

  • Existing API endpoints updated to support admin key framework

  • Enhanced security through improved key management capabilities

Updated API documentation is available at api-docs.prosci.com.

Release 2026.03.13 - Pathway Updates and New Admin Settings

Portal Admin: Product Settings - Feature Controls

We've introduced feature-level settings in the Portal Admin under Product Settings that allow admins to control specific capabilities within Proxima and Kaiya:

  • Proxima Public Links Control: Admins can now enable or disable the ability for users to create and share public links to Proxima projects. When disabled, all existing public links become inaccessible and the UI for creating new links is hidden.

  • Proxima API Access Control: Admins can now manage Proxima API access at the organization level with three options: Enabled for All Users, Disabled for All Users, or Configured per User. Disabling this feature revokes all existing API keys and removes API-related UI elements from both Proxima and Admin settings.

  • Kaiya File Upload Control: Admins can now enable or disable file upload capabilities in Kaiya conversations. When disabled, the file attachment icon and drag-and-drop functionality are removed from the Kaiya interface.

Pathways: New Components and Bug Fixes

  • New Pathway Question Components - We've introduced new activity and knowledge check components in Pathways for enhanced user interaction and application

  • Fixed "Error loading Pathways: Failed to load your Pathways" issue that prevented users from accessing their Pathways

  • Resolved Product Settings bug affecting Pathways seat count accuracy
