Release 2026.01.05: Early-Access Membership Launch - HSS Transitioning to Essentials Membership and New Subscription Management Process

We are thrilled to announce the Early-Access Launch of our new Membership Plans:

As part of this new Membership offering, we've transitioned to a new payment processing system through Stripe. This will allow users to manage their subscriptions directly through the Prosci Portal, giving you more control and flexibility over your membership.

The current Hub Solution Suite (Proxima, Knowledge Hub, Research Hub) is transitioning to the new Essentials Membership, with new resources like Community, Kaiya (Limited), Pathways, eLearning, and expanded Application Resources in Knowledge Hub.

For anyone with an active HSS subscription, here is what you need to know:

  • All active HSS subscribers now have access to the new resources included in the Essentials Membership.

  • We will be migrating all active HSS subscribers to Essentials in early Q1 of 2026, allowing users to manage their subscription directly in the Portal going forward.

  • Current HSS subscriptions will remain active until the expiration date. Once it expires, users will see a banner notification with a [Subscribe Now] button

  • Users will be directed to the [Choose Your Plan] page and led through the new purchase flow

  • Users will not lose any data if they let their subscription expire. Your account data is retained for two years after your subscription expires. If you reactivate your membership within that two-year window, your data will be restored and accessible.
