Please note: Essentials and Premier memberships require completion of the Prosci Change Management Practitioner Program (Certification or TTT-Led).
Individual Memberships are non-transferable.
All annual memberships auto-renew unless you cancel before your renewal date. For details on managing or canceling your subscription, see [Manage Your Subscription].
If you'd like to move from Starter to Essentials or Essentials to Premier, you can upgrade at any time. For more information, see [Manage Your Subscription].
Pricing is displayed in the currency you select during the purchase process.
Membership pricing follows the same tax treatment currently applied in each market for other eCommerce transactions. For example, US prices are displayed exclusive of tax, with tax added at checkout. In ANZ markets, prices are displayed inclusive of tax, so no additional tax is added at checkout.
