What tasks are required for Prework?
There are six required tasks in prework:
Task 1: (10 min) Complete your participant profile
Task 2: (15 min) Select a project and complete the project profile
Task 3: (50 min) Complete the introduction to the 5 Tenets of Change Management
Task 4: (15 min) Assess your project health using the PCT Assessment
Task 5: (15 min) Read the Finesta Case Study - Part 1
Task 6: (15 min) Preview resources
Do I have to complete the prework tasks in order?
The prework tasks build on one another, so Prosci recommends completing them in the order they are listed.
Note: Task 2: Project Profile must be completed before you can complete Task 4: PCT assessment. If you click on Task 4 before completing Task 2, you will be redirected to Task 2 to complete your project profile.
