We offer different trial periods depending on how you access our membership platform.
90-Day Trial (Program Participants)
Who This Applies To:
If you received membership access as part of a Prosci program enrollment (such as a certification program or public workshop), your program purchase includes a 90-day membership trial.
How It Works:
Your 90-day trial is included with your program registration — there's no separate credit card linked to the trial
You have full membership access for 90 days from activation
Your trial does NOT automatically convert to a paid membership
You'll receive email reminders as your trial approaches expiration
What Happens After 90 Days:
Your access expires unless you convert to a paid membership
All earned certificates and downloaded resources remain accessible even after trial expiration
You can convert to a paid membership at any time during or after your trial by selecting a plan and providing payment information. If you convert during your trial, your remaining trial time will end and your paid plan will begin immediately. If you upgrade or downgrade during your trial, your current trial will end and the new membership plan will start immediately.
To Convert to Paid Membership:
Log into your account at portal.prosci.com
Navigate to My Account > Manage Subscription
Click Active Membership
Select your plan (Starter, Essentials, or Premier)
Enter payment information and complete checkout
Your paid membership begins immediately
Early Activation Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing for trial members who convert to a paid membership before their trial expires. These early activation offers reward members who are ready to commit to their change management journey.
How Early Activation Works:
If an early activation offer is available, you'll see the promotional pricing displayed in your account when you select a plan
When you activate early, your paid 1-year subscription begins immediately — your remaining trial days do not carry over
You can activate at any plan level, including upgrading to a higher tier (for example, activating directly into Premier)
Promotional Pricing
Early activation discounts vary based on current promotions and timing. Any applicable discount will be clearly displayed during checkout, showing both the standard price and your promotional price. If no promotion is currently active, you'll see standard pricing.
Important: Early activation offers apply to the first year of membership only. Your subscription will renew at the standard rate for your tier on your renewal date.
7-Day Trial (Direct Sign-Up)
Who This Applies To:
If you sign up directly for membership through our website without going through a program.
How It Works:
You receive 7 days of full membership access
Credit card required at registration to start your trial
Your card will automatically be charged after 7 days unless you cancel
What Happens After 7 Days:
Your credit card is automatically charged for your selected annual plan
Your 1-year membership begins immediately
You'll receive a receipt via email
Important: The 7-day trial is risk-free. If you cancel during the trial period, your card will not be charged.
