Welcome to the Prosci Community! This is a professional space for change management practitioners to learn, share, and grow together. These guidelines help everyone understand how to participate in ways that make our community valuable for all members.

Treat everyone with courtesy and respect, even when you disagree

· Use professional language in all your posts and comments

· Remember that your words represent you and the change management profession

· Welcome different perspectives and approaches - there's no single "right way" to manage change

· Be patient with members who are new to change management or to the community

· Contribute insights, experiences, and resources that help others

· Focus on quality over quantity—thoughtful posts are more valuable than lots of quick comments

· Make sure your contributions are relevant to change management

· Give credit when you share someone else's ideas, tools, or resources

· Search for existing discussions before posting the same question

· Don't share confidential information about your company, clients, or projects

· When sharing examples or case studies, remove names and identifying details

· Don't use information from the community for commercial purposes without written permission from the original source

· Welcome new members and help them feel included

· Answer questions when you have expertise to share

· Thank people who help you

· Report content or behavior that violates these guidelines

· Provide constructive feedback that helps others learn

· Personal attacks, insults, or bullying

· Harassment of any kind, including based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic

· Threats or intimidation

· Trolling or deliberately disrupting discussions

· False or misleading information

· Hate speech or discriminatory content

· Sexually explicit or graphic, violent content

· Spam or malicious links

· Content promoting illegal activities

This community is NOT for business development or sales. You may not:

· Advertise or promote your products, services, or consulting business

· Recruit clients or solicit business from members

· Send unsolicited direct messages promoting your services

· Post links to your website, services, or offerings for promotional purposes

· Use member information or connections to generate sales leads

· Repeatedly mention your company or services in ways that are promotional

This is a learning and professional development space, not a marketplace. Violations will result in immediate removal of content and may lead to suspension or permanent ban from the community.

Exception: If a member directly asks for recommendations or help with a specific need, you may respond once with relevant information, clearly disclosing any commercial relationship. Career opportunities may be shared only in designated areas if available.

· Impersonating other members or Prosci staff

· Lying about your credentials or certifications

· Creating multiple accounts to get around restrictions

· Sharing copyrighted, patented or trademarked materials without permission from the owner

· Posting other people's private information

· Sharing Prosci's proprietary materials with non-members

If you see something that violates these guidelines:

· Click the "Report" button on the post or comment, OR

· Email [email protected] with a link and description

We review all reports within 24-48 hours and take appropriate action.

We want this to be a positive space for everyone. If you violate these guidelines:

First time or minor issue: You'll get a warning with guidance on how to follow the guidelines. Your content may be removed.

Repeated or moderate violations: You may be temporarily suspended from posting (usually 7-30 days). You can still view content but can't post or comment.

Severe or repeated violations: You may be permanently removed from the community.

Serious situations: For illegal activity, threats, serious harassment, or repeated solicitation, we may take immediate action without warning.

If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] within 30 days with the subject line “Community Suspension Appeal”

· Your profile information is visible to other members

· We protect your information according to our Privacy Policy: www.prosci.com/privacy-policy

· You can request that your content be removed

This community exists to support your growth as a change practitioner. By following these simple guidelines, you help create a space where everyone can learn, share, and succeed together.
