At Prosci, we are committed to accessibility, diversity, and inclusion. As part of that commitment, we are making ongoing efforts to ensure that our digital products and training program materials are accessible to all individuals, regardless of ability.
We aim to conform to the accessibility standards in the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we continue to develop our digital accessibility program and capabilities so that we are designing, developing, and testing our products and materials for conformance to recognized accessibility standards. To support this work, we have partnered with specialist accessibility vendors, including Level Access and Allyant.
Standards We Follow
A few terms appear throughout this page. Here is what they mean and how they guide our work.
WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines): An internationally recognized set of guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) that define how to make digital content accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. WCAG is organized around four principles — content should be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust — and offers three conformance levels: A, AA, and AAA. Prosci targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the level most organizations and regulations reference.
Section 508: A U.S. federal requirement (part of the Rehabilitation Act) that electronic and information technology be accessible to people with disabilities. Because Section 508 is aligned with WCAG Level AA, conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA largely satisfies Section 508 expectations as well.
VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template): A standardized document that describes how a digital product conforms to accessibility standards. A completed VPAT is called an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) and maps each relevant criterion to a status of Supports, Partially Supports, Does Not Support, or Not Applicable. VPATs are commonly requested by buyers in government, education, and enterprise during procurement.
Remediation: The process of identifying and fixing accessibility barriers in existing content or products — for example, adding alternative text to images, correcting color contrast, fixing heading structures, or making interactive elements keyboard-navigable. Remediation typically follows an audit and is prioritized based on severity and user impact.

What accessibility standard does Prosci follow?

Translated materials and resources have not yet been remediated. Current accessible materials are available in English.
