What do users automatically see?

Based on the license type, the following resources will be immediately visible to Users logging in.

ADKAR Enablement License Holders:

  • N/A- no resources are part of license but can setup tools to auto-assign for new and existing users

OCC License Holders:

How do I remove tools for a group of people?

Remove tools from an individual User

  1. Under your “Manage Users”, find the profile of the individual and select “Edit”

  2. Uncheck the tool and hit “Submit”

Remove tools from multiple Users via batch upload

  1. From the batch upload screen, select the tool you want to remove and download the CSV Template

Someone left our organization, how to do I remove their profile access?

  1. Under “My Account”, select “Manage Organization

  2. Find the user that you need to remove and select “Edit

  3. Scroll to the very bottom and select “Delete Portal Profile

Note: If this User was a License Admin, please connect with [email protected] to remove their admin access and profile.
