Release 2025.12.20 - Prosci Portal Improvements

Enhancements to the Prosci Portal to deliver a better experience and prepare for exciting new features coming in 2026.

  • UI/UX Improvements – Overall, the Portal will maintain it's current functionality with subtle refinements throughout the platform for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.

  • Design Update for Consistency – A unified design library ensures consistency across the Portal experience

  • Portal Admins Updates - Minor UI/UX updates to the Admin Center interface.

This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver more value through continuous platform improvements. It lays the groundwork for new features and capabilities we're excited to share with you in 2026.


Release 2025.12.05 - Pathway Updates

  • Fixed an issue where Pathway notifications were being generated even when users had no active pathways

  • Updated the Pathways notification email template with improved subject line and content

  • Resolved a regression that prevented French and Spanish content from displaying properly in Pathways

Release 2025.10.22 - Improvements to Digital Support

We're excited to share some updates designed to make getting help faster and easier for you.

What's New: Starting today, you can now view your Portal Support ticket status and history directly in the Portal. When you log in, you'll see your tickets from the past two years as a pop-up in the bottom right corner—making it simple to track your requests and follow up on solutions. You can dismiss this view anytime by clicking the "X."

This is just the first step in enhancing our support experience. We're working on additional improvements to help you get the answers you need, when you need them, including more self-service resources and support in multiple languages.

New Portal resource—Pathways—launched October 10th to all active 'Hub Solution Suite' subscription holders.

Pathways are guided, time-based sequences that take you from learning to doing. They blend core Prosci methodology with practical application, helping you navigate real change management challenges with confidence.

Six foundational Pathways were launched, designed to build your knowledge and skills in core concepts and initial application.

Release 2025.09.15 - Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue with the Risk Assessment in Proxima not showing on the Project Dashboard page and linking the Overall and Group Risk Assessments

  • Fixed issue with Portal reports not showing all the tools, org products and blank rows.

Release 2025.08.15 - Portal Admin Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issues with the Portal Admin reports not showing the Kaiya suite and introducing blank rows in the report

  • Key security fixes applied:

    • Rails security updates across all engines

    • auth0-js form-data vulnerability fixed

    • Sentry packages updated to latest versions

    • Sidekiq updated

    • JavaScript build tool (shakapacker) update

    • Various Ruby gem security patches

Release 2025.07.28 - OneTrust Cookie Management Implementation to Portal

Implemented OneTrust cookie consent management system to ensure GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulation compliance across the Prosci Portal platform.

Users now see a customizable consent banner on first visit, allowing them to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize their preferences.

This implementation enhances user privacy control while ensuring legal compliance across all supported regions. Users can now make informed decisions about their data and cookie preferences while maintaining a smooth browsing experience.

Release 2025.07.16 - Proxima and Kaiya Bug Fixes

  • Fixed 'Unexpected Error' issue with Export All feature in Proxima

  • Fixed issue of Kaiya chat session history failing to appear in sidebar

Release 2025.07.14 - Duplicate Project and Generate Demo Project Feature

Two highly requested Proxima features—Duplicate Project and Generate Demo Project—have been released to all Proxima users on July 14th.

Generate Demo Project:

Users will now be able to generate a copy of one of four Prosci Demo Projects directly to their Proxima project dashboard. While these projects were created to support the in-program activities, users may generate a copy to use on a similar project to get started faster or provide an example to other teams. The Demo Projects include:

  • Finesta PEP

  • Health Plus EMR

  • NorPine AI Adoption

  • Transendi Digital Transformation

Key Notes:

  • Evergreen Dates: Dates remain fixed as of the copy date. To update, users can delete and re-generate the project.

  • Project Updates: Copies won’t reflect future updates to the master version unless re-generated.

  • Language: Demo projects are currently only available in English

Duplicate Project:

This feature allows users to duplicate an existing project directly from their Projects landing page in Proxima, making it easier to reuse structure, assessments, and key details across similar projects.

Release 2025.06.30 - Accessibility Updates

  • Added live regions for dynamically changing content, improving screen reader experience

  • Fixed programmatic names to match visible labels for better accessibility

Release 2025.06.20 - New File Upload Feature for Kaiya

Introduced a new file upload feature in the Kaiya chat interface. This feature is currently available by request and not enabled by default.

  • Supports multiple file types including PDF, Word, Excel/CSV, and PowerPoint, JPEG and PNG images

  • Upload up to 4 files per message and 10 files per conversation

  • Max file size is 10MB per file

  • Text extraction from documents for enhanced analysis

  • Secure file handling with robust validation and processing

Release 2025.05.23 - Proxima API Updates and Duplicate Project Beta Release

Proxima API updates include:

  • Added a collaborators field to the project API response, listing project team members by email address

  • Enabled filtering, reporting, and notifications based on project collaborators

  • Introduced a dedicated table for CM Performance Reports data, modeled after the ADKAR structure

  • Added new fields to CM Performance Reports: Last Update Date, Report Date, Impact Group, Status, and Description

  • All changes are non-breaking and maintain full backward compatibility for existing API users

New Duplicate Project Proxima feature beta release:

  • Users can duplicate projects directly from the Proxima landing page

  • Selective copying allows teams to choose which elements to include in the duplicate

  • Default selections include key components like Impacted Groups, Role Rosters, and Blueprints and Plans, and Side-Nav settings.

  • Aiming to release to all Proxima users in June 2025

Release 2025.05.09 - Mixpanel + Kaiya Admin Reporting Updates

  • Updated Mixpanel tracking configuration for improved analytics

  • Fixed dark mode display issues in Kaiya Admin reporting

  • Optimized biweekly task scheduling for automated Kaiya Admin reports

  • Enhanced Kaiya Admin email template styling for better readability

Release 2025.05.02 - CMMMA UI/UX Updates and Bug Fixes

CMMMA updates include:

  • Completed CMMMA move to new technology stack

  • Improved UI/UX across the app

  • New monitoring and analytics integrations

Bug fixes include:

  • Fixed login issue preventing access when account information is missing

  • Resolved AG Grid dropdown interaction problems

  • Fixed data accuracy issues in Mixpanel Active User Retention tracking

  • Corrected License Admin Reports to show complete user list

  • Fixed missing Project Owner display in Collaboration feature

Release 2025.04.30 - Portal Admin Updates

  • Admins can now directly assign and remove admin privileges for other users

  • Fixed discrepancies in the User List by Tool report to ensure accurate reporting

  • Enhanced security controls around user type modifications

Release 2025.04.21 - Minor Proxima Updates

We made some minor user experience updates to Proxima including:

  • Updated the "Notes" feature to the content panel on the Role Roster

    • Added title for Notes section

    • Improved functionality - clicking the notes icon now opens comments directly

  • Improved "Add ..." workflow for smoother user experience on Role Roster and Blueprints and Plans pages

Release 2025.04.11 - Performance Updates

  • Implemented prop creation caching to improve system performance

  • Enhanced data retrieval speed while maintaining data security

  • Added user-specific cache key implementation to prevent data bleeding

  • Completed comprehensive testing across all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

Release 2025.03.28 - Backend Update

  • Updated AG Grid to version 31, bringing improved performance and stability

  • Fixed persistent issue with select/deselect functionality across data tables

  • Resolved sorting behavior on specific columns to match production functionality

  • Enhanced data table interactions and user experience

Release 2025.03.14 - Knowledge Hub Changes

Within Knowledge Hub, we are creating two new sub-sections:

  • Program Materials: This section will feature program specific resources and materials to support the in-program experience and activities. Under this section you will see a tile for each of our Prosci Training Programs.

  • Application Resources: This section will include long-form content, guidance, downloadable resources and bodies of knowledge that support the application of our methodologies, models, and tools.

This change offers greater flexibility in how we provide content to different audiences while also enabling incremental improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

Release 2025.02.21 - Kaiya In-App Prompt Library and Accessibility Updates

  • We’re excited to announce our latest update: the Kaiya In-App Prompt Library, designed to make Kaiya even easier to use for both new and existing customers.

  • With this update, users can now explore a library of pre-written sample prompts tailored specifically to the Kaiya body of knowledge. These prompts help users get started faster and maximize the value of Kaiya for common use cases.

  • When you log in, simply click the "Explore Prompt Library" button to access the new feature.

  • This update is currently available in English only, with more language support planned for the future. Try it out today and see how the Prompt Library can enhance your Kaiya experience!
