Managing Your Preferred Settings

The Prosci Portal supports multiple languages so you can work in the way that's most comfortable for you. This article walks through how to update your settings and answers common questions.


How to Change Your Preferred Language

  1. From the Prosci Portal, click My Account in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Edit Profile.

  3. Scroll down to the Settings section and find the Preferred Locale dropdown.

  4. Choose your preferred language from the list.

  5. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

Your locale preference will apply across the Portal interface and supported products. You may need to refresh or re-enter a product for the change to take effect.

How to Change Your Date Format for Proxima

Proxima supports three date format options:

  • MM-DD-YYYY

  • DD-MM-YYYY (default)

  • YYYY-MM-DD

To change your date format:

  1. From the Prosci Portal, click My Account in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Edit Profile.

  3. Scroll down to the Settings section and find the Preferred Date Format dropdown.

  4. Choose your preferred format from the list.

  5. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.


FAQs

I changed my language, but I still see some content in English. Why?

Translated content displays where available. If a translation hasn't been completed yet for a particular product or resource, it will default to English. This means you may see a mix of translated and English content depending on what you're using.

As translations are completed, they're published automatically β€” so you may notice more content appearing in your preferred language over time.

Does my language setting apply to all Portal products?

Your preferred language applies to the Portal interface and products that support translation, including Proxima, Knowledge Hub, Pathways, and the Prework App. Some products are currently English-only due to technical or resourcing constraints β€” see the [Portal Language Availability Overview] for details.

Does the date format setting apply across all products?

The date format setting currently applies to Proxima only.
